The headline pretty much says it all. Some of you Spielberg fans will not be surprised to see the animatronic Joey test footage that has surfaced. After all, this is from the man that brought us a full scale animatronic shark in JAWS. Senior animatronics technician on WAR HORSE, Chris Clarke posted the footage on his Facebook page earlier and now you too can see the un-embedable footage by going there. Not to sound trite, but it’s a seriously amazing sight to behold – much in the same way they hammered in that Joey was a remarkable horse. We now see how he was able to be so remarkable.

Chris Clarke you genius. This is true craft and heart of emotive film making. A living breathing animatronic that we associate with, so glad Speilberg is a class above most directors and producers who have for a while now focused in on CGI, those cold distant pixels. Britains Got Talent!
