SDCC: Marvel Studios Logo Round-Up: THOR, CAPTAIN AMERICA, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, and ANT-MAN

Who gets excited about logos? We do! And if you clicked on this story, so do you. Marvel had their panel last at this year’s Comic-Con but they have proven they are not the least. The announced GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY would be the next Marvel movie for release August 1, 2014 and also debuted a concept artists rendering (Charlie Wen). The cast lineup includes Drax the Destroyer, Rocket Raccoon, Gamorra, Groot and Star Lord.

At today’s panel, the studio also showed test footage for the Edward Wright directed (and ridiculous sounding) ANT-MAN, which debuts some time in 2014:

In addition, Marvel Studios announced the official titles to the Thor and Captain America sequels: THOR: THE DARK WOLRD in theaters November 8, 2013, and CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER in theaters April 4, 2014.

 

And of course, y’all are eagerly awaiting director Shane Black’s IRON MAN 3 starring the loveable troublemaker Robert Downey Jr., right?!
