Ain’t nothin’ wrong with a good old fashioned revenge film.
With the release of kick ass THE EXPENDABLES 2 today comes another sly (get it?) flick – the debut of the trailer for Sylvester Stallone’s BULLET TO THE HEAD. In director Walter Hill’s adaptation of the graphic novel of the same name, After watching their respective partners die, a cop (Sung Kang) and an aging hitman (Stallone) form an alliance in order to bring down their common enemy. Let’s get ready to rumble!
Bullets! Brutality! Axe fights with Kal Drogo (Jason Momoa)! With witty banter (Sly: “I know I sound like a broken record.” Kang: “They don’t even make records anymore.”), I’m on board. The film also stars Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Christian Slater, Sarah Shahl, and Jon Seda.
BULLET TO THE HEAD opens on February 1, 2013.
