If You Like…:
Jessica Biel in a horror movie should be appealing enough. She’s proven that she is a more than suitable scream queen, you’d know this if you’ve seen the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake, which is very good.

The Verdict:
A bit unconventional at times, but backed by a solid performance from Jessica Biel and a good direction from Pascal Laugier, The Tall Man is not a bad way to get in a horror movie on video during October if you do that sort of thing. There are some genuinely creepy moments here. QUEUE The Tall Man, it wont’ be your typical jump scare filled gore-fest though, it’s more cerebral than that, and highly, highly enjoyable.
